Customs Forms & Documents

The following documents are mandatory when importing cargo into Australia:

Personal effects
- Completed ACS-B534
- Copy of passport (copy of Australian visa if non Australian passport )
- Death Certificate (for deceased estates only)
- Last Will & Testament (for deceased estates only)

 

Commercial Goods or New Goods Purchased Overseas

- Packing List
- Tax or Profoma Invoice (Origin & Value Declaration) can be used.

- Packing Declaration ( if By Sea)
- Fumigation Certificate( Required if crated in wood or items are made of wood)
