Volume charges may apply to certain light items (eg. surfboards, bike boxes).
All items will be charged on the greater of volume or weight.
How to work it out:
- (Length x Height x Width) ÷ 4000
- Eg. A surfboard at (180cm x 50cm x 25cm) ÷ 4000 = 56 kg volume, with an actual weight of 10kg it will go on the greater of the two which is the volume.
