These are standard charges in Malaysia for all imports as authorised by the 'Airfreight Forwarders Association of Malaysia'.
Customs clearance of your goods is your responsibility, however Forward Freight will explain the procedure and direct you to the Customs Department.

Videos and Magazines are subject to control by the Censorship Board and should not be sent as they can hold up the clearance of your goods.
All electrical goods (if declared) are subject to import license which may delay the clearance of your goods by up to one week.
