When you send your unaccompanied baggage to Singapore with Exportair, our agent will automatically customs clear and have your goods ready for collection in their offices. This service will save you the frustration of several hours needed for clearing customs yourself. The only charges that you will be required to pay at pick-up are those incurred by our agent. These charges are for the terminal fee and customs permit, listed below.

Our agent can also arrange delivery to your home. To provide you with this service they will need to have a completed Customs Declaration form, which will be supplied to you by Exportair.

As mentioned above our agent will automatically customs clear your goods.

There are two fees that you must pay to our agent:

• SATS Terminal fee $25.00 (SGD)
• Singapore Customs fee $40.00 (SGD).

We can arrange the delivery of your cargo to your home in Singapore, for an additional cost, payable in Australia, of $1 per kilogram with a minimum charge for 100kg of AUD$120. This includes the SATS Terminal fee and Customs Permit.

For home delivery we will require a photocopy of your passport to accompany the documentation.

All documentation will be completed by Exportair, however to complete this task we require the following details to be supplied by you:

• Passport to be sighted and details recorded
• International Airline ticket to be sighted and details recorded
• GST Exemption form to be completed. We will provide you with this form

Note: In the event these documents are not supplied you will be required to complete your own customs clearance.
